In a powerful show of unity and shared vision, Bitdefender hosted its Indochina Partner Conference 2025 under the banner “Empowering Cybersecurity Across Indochina.” Held at the S31 Sukhumvit Hotel in Bangkok, the event brought together top partners, cybersecurity experts, and government leaders from across Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.

More than 150 attendees converged for an afternoon of high-impact discussions, product showcases, and collaborative opportunities.

Mr. Michal Dominik, Managing Director of Bitdefender Indochina CP, opened the sessions by sharing Bitdefender’s strategic goals for 2025 and highlighting the company’s growing partner ecosystem in Southeast Asia. Mr. Panupong Thanuntog, Head of IT Security Division at NCSA Thailand, followed with an in-depth look at Thailand’s national cybersecurity strategy. He emphasized the role of public-private collaboration in protecting critical infrastructure and addressing emerging threats. His talk set the stage for a unified approach to digital resilience across the region.

Mr. Kasert Mahathanakiet, Bitdefender’s Regional Channel Manager, then presented the global vision and innovation roadmap, underscoring Bitdefender’s dedication to empowering regional partners with world-class tools and support.

A key highlight of the afternoon was the product update session led by Mr. Songklod Sriphumbang, Senior Product Manager. He introduced major advancements in the GravityZone platform, including integrated EDR, XDR, MDR, and CSPM+ capabilities. He also unveiled PHASR, Bitdefender’s new approach to proactive security, along with advisory services aimed at boosting resilience in today’s evolving threat landscape.

These announcements were brought to life through a panel featuring Channel Managers Ms. Punyarat Dentriart and Mr. Tu Hoang Chau Nhi, who shared compelling partner success stories from Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia—proof of how Bitdefender solutions are already making a difference across sectors.

Following a brief networking break, the conference resumed with a focused session on Partner Program Enhancements and Go-to-Market Initiatives. Presented by Channel Manager Ms. Pharitaree Phiphattanasukkul, this session outlined key updates to Bitdefender's partner program for 2025, including new benefits, lead-sharing models, co-marketing support, and sales enablement tools. The message was clear: Bitdefender is committed to helping partners grow and succeed through closer collaboration and actionable support.

Recognizing Excellence in Cybersecurity Partnerships

The spotlight then turned to Bitdefender’s regional partners during the Indochina Partner Awards Ceremony. In two separate segments, Bitdefender’s executive panel and regional team honored standout performers in categories such as Distributor Appreciation, Gold Partners, Platinum, and Diamond Partners, celebrating their success and contributions to the cybersecurity ecosystem.

 Human Intelligence in a Digital Age

Dr. Prinya Hom-anek, Committee Member of NCSA and CEO of ACIS Professional Center, delivered a powerful keynote on Threat Intelligence and the Human Factor. He explored the evolving role of human decision-making in cybersecurity, asking: Is the human element our weakest link—or our greatest strength? He emphasized how AI, MDR, and strategic threat intelligence must work hand-in-hand with human expertise to combat today’s advanced threats.

The conference concluded with a celebration dinner and live band performance, offering guests a chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate a successful day. It was a festive end to a conference that perfectly balanced business, vision, and community.
